Production

Liljas Plast has some 30 injection moulding machines at its disposal, with capacity from 25 to 350 tons. In these machines we produce parts with a shot weight from 0.01 g up to 1 000 g, i.e. small and middle-sized components. Over fifty percent of the machines are specialised to process high-temperature material, such as PFA. All the injection moulding machines are robotized. We also process several parts with metal inserts in fully automatic production cells.
